REGARDS SANS LIMITES // BLICKE OHNE GRENZEN // VISIONS WITHOUT LIMITS :

The project « Regards sans limites / Blicke ohne Grenzen » (Visions without Limits) supports creation and proposes a network for the presentation of young photography across the borders in the Greater Region (Lorraine, Luxembourg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Wallonia-Brussels).
It started in 2009 with a call for projects, and the first edition put together different cultural structures from the Greater Region : the association Surface sensible in Malzeville (F), Centre Culturel André Malraux (CCAM) - Scène Nationale de Vandoeuvre (F), Centre national de l’audiovisuel (CNA) in Dudelange (LUX), Saarländisches Künstlerhaus Saarbrücken e. V. in  Sarrebrücken (D), Kulturverein Bild und Kunst e.V. in Treves (D) and Centre culturel de Liège "Les Chiroux". The grant is awarded to photographers aged between 25 and 40 years, individuals or collectives, working and living in the territory of the Greater Region.

The four laureates of this first edition are Patrick Galbats (Lux), François Goffin (B), Chantal Vey (F/B) and Henrike Kreck (D). Each one of them has obtained production support, and the results will be presented all over the territory of the Greater Region between September 2011 and November 2012. The exhibition in Wallonia-Brussels will take place at Les Chiroux where the works by Galbats, Vey et Goffin will be shown.

In the context of BIP2012-OFF, with the support of Communauté française - Relations internationales et développement territorial.
